Payment Terms
All plans are billed monthly or quarterly as selected at signup. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your plan at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials we produce for your campaigns become your property upon full payment. Our internal processes, AI systems, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Pulsai.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your business information, campaign data, or results to third parties without your consent.
Limitation of Liability
Pulsai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid in the three months prior to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pulsai is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
